List available top-ups

/v1/esims/:esim_id/top_ups

Returns the add-ons this eSIM can take right now, grouped by the package each one extends.

An eSIM can carry several packages at once, and an add-on belongs to exactly one of them — a top-up extends the package it was sold against rather than the profile as a whole. The grouping is what tells you which is which, so read package_id before you sell.

Only running packages appear. A package that has been bought but never reached a network cannot be extended yet, and a package sold without add-ons is left out rather than listed empty — so an empty data means there is nothing to sell on this eSIM today.

Within a group, add-ons come smallest first. Not paginated: a package carries a handful of these, not a catalog.
