Orders
Buying a package. An order allocates an eSIM from inventory and provisions the package onto it before the call returns.
There is no queue and no callback: a 201 means the eSIM is ready, and
almost every failure means nothing was bought.
The exception is a timeout against the network that provisions the
profile. Then the outcome is genuinely unknown to us for a short while,
and the order appears in your list without an esim_id until we settle
it. That is the one case where an error does not mean "nothing
happened" — and it is why the list carries unsettled orders at all.
