Returns every country the eSIM catalog covers.

This is the vocabulary the country filter on list packages accepts. A code that is not here matches nothing, which is why it is worth reading once at integration time rather than hardcoding a list of your own: coverage moves as packages are added and withdrawn, and this list moves with it.

Every country here has at least one available package. A country whose only packages are frozen or withdrawn drops out.

Not paginated — there are fewer than two hundred of these. Ordered by name, ascending, and stably.
