Every program your organization can issue against in this environment.

A program's ID is different in sandbox and production, so read it here instead of hard-coding it.

Your access token determines the organization and environment, so you don't need to pass anything else. Use your production credentials to get your production program IDs. The same products will have different prog_ IDs.
