Block an account

/v1/accounts/:account_id/block

Suspends the account. Every card funded by it declines with account_blocked until the account is unblocked, and credits and debits are refused.

Blocking is reversible and does not touch the balances. Holds already placed remain in force and still release on clearing or expiry.
